What to Do When Tenant Leaves Keys But Some Belongings Remain
The tenant arranged a handover after a notice was served by me, but didn't show. I've applied for a possession order and entered the property for an electrical check after serving notice of entry. Three keys were left inside. The tenant is not responding, and the property looks to have been vacated, but some belongings remain. What should I do?
