Replacing Tenants in a Statutory Periodic Tenancy
I have a tenancy in one person's name with a permitted occupier. They now want to swap this around. Assuming they pass all the referencing, etc, how would I terminate the current Statutory Periodic Tenancy and start the new one? They want the new one to commence soon so there is no option of giving two months' notice.
