Managed Property: Where to Insert Name and Address

I have a quick question about a new letting. I manage a rental on behalf of my son. We want to sign a tenancy agreement with a new tenant electronically. I understand that I can sign on his behalf. Do I need to mention his name/address anywhere on the contract, and do I need to say "on behalf of"?
