What should I do if my tenant and I have lost our tenancy agreement?

Neither the tenant nor I can find a copy of the original written tenancy agreement, with the Renters' Rights Act requirements approaching on 1 May 2026. It was in writing. Should we provide the information sheet, or do we need to provide the written statement?
